A talented Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef is required for an exceptional, 3AA Rosette restaurant set within stunning parkland in Buckinghamshire.

As Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef you will:
Support the Head Chef and senior team in the smooth running of the kitchen
Lead service with confidence, ensuring precision and consistency
Assist with menu development and seasonal changes
Maintain the highest standards of presentation and organisation
Train and mentor junior members of the brigade
Uphold the discipline and attention to detail expected at this level
This role would suit a strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up or an experienced Sous Chef looking to refine their skills within a focused, quality-driven kitchen.
