Closed Sunday afternoon.
As Junior Sous Chef, youll support with the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing A La Carte service for up to 100 covers. Youll be creating and serving authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, using quality ingredients, everything is prepared in house with the menus changing with the seasons.
The Person
Previous experience within busy fresh food restaurant, a passion for or knowledge of modern Middle Eastern cuisine is desired.
Reliable and organised to be able to maintain standards throughout service.
Proficient knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety.
Availability to work a mixture of shifts throughout the week, averaging 38-42 hours with reasonable start/finish times.
A positive leader who will help to mentor, develop and retain a small team of Chefs.
Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
