Head Chef – Up to £45K approx. £5K Tronc We’re looking for a Head Chef for the Walkers of Whitehall as we launch a bold new food offer built around seasonal game and fresh British seafood. Walkers of Whitehall is a unique and atmospheric gastropub just off Trafalgar Square, set inside a beautiful former bank and spread across three distinctive levels — from a bustling main ground floor pub to our hidden Vault Bar. Now under the Young’s Pubs banner, we’re investing heavily in our food and want a passionate, talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen, shape our menus, and put Walkers firmly on the London gastro pub map.
