Requirements: -Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other kitchen staff involved in the food preparation. -Observe work procedures and staff performances to ensure compliance with company standards -Evaluates and resolve procedural challenges to guarantee safe and efficient operations. -Inspects food, supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards. - Determine production schedules and allocate staff accordingly to ensure timely service. - Estimate quantities and costs, and requisitions necessary supplies and equipment for uninterrupted operations. -Accurately record production and operational data on designated forms.<...
