The Role: As our Catering Manager , with the support of the Head Chef— during the busy lunch service —and oversee the day-to-day operations. You'll also manage breakfast service and coordinate hospitality events , including working lunches, supported by additional staff. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured setting and is confident leading a small team while maintaining high standards of food, service, and compliance. Knowledge of how to operate a successful kitchen is required but craft skills are not essential.
