This is a fast-paced role that requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day catering service, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation
Lead and motivate a team to deliver operational excellence
Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive profitability
Maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
Work closely with clients to meet expectations and exceed service standards
Plan and deliver high-quality menus for events and daily service
About You Previous experience as a Catering Manager or similar role (ideally within contract catering)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Financial and commercial awareness
A passion for food, service, and customer satisfaction
