Salary: £40,000 – £42,500 per annum - depending on experience

We’re seeking an experienced Events Operations Manager to join a leading catering group delivering exceptional experiences across a two prestigious London venues. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to play a key role in delivering flawless events within a premium setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning and delivery of a range of high-profile events, ensuring exceptional client service throughout.
Manage event logistics, staffing, and supplier coordination to the highest operational standards.
Lead and motivate on-site teams to deliver seamless service and memorable experiences.
Maintain strong client relationships and support continuous improvement across event operations.
Uphold the company’s sustainability values and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Proven experience in an operational management role within events, catering, or hospitality.
