Join Our Team as Catering and Events ManagerWe’re looking for a dynamic Catering and Events Manager to oversee our vibrant venue and catering operations at the iconic Painters’ Hall & Salters’ Hall!LocationMid London: Painters’ Hall – 9 Little Trinity Lane, London EC4V 2AD & Salters’ Hall – 4 London Wall Place, London EC2Y 5DEWhat You’ll DoAssist senior managers in the management and delivery of all aspects of the venue and catering operation at both halls while maintaining and developing excellent client relationships.Strategically develop the events offer, proactively identifying business needs and embedding processes to succeed.Ensure compliance with statutory law and Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and Security protocols while optimising profitability and improving standards and communications across the business.Management ResponsibilitiesManage onsite relationships, plan and deliver events, liaise with clients and suppliers.Oversee stock, maintain kit presentability and quantity.Attend pre‑event meetings onsite and in Seasoned Ops meetings.Maintain venue integrity during planning and delivery of livery, corporate and private events.Ensure risk assessments are adhered to and supervise all catering and staff onsite.Identify training needs, liaise with staffing agencies and oversee dress code compliance.Deliver departmental KPI’s, manage and update SOP manuals.Process orders through the e‑procurement system using the nominated supply chain.Sales and Client RelationsDeliver high‑standard service and customer experience.Negotiate mutually beneficial prices and maximize sales opportunities.Build strong relationships with venue management teams to meet company objectives.Support sales/customer services as required.CommunicationAttend client, management and staff meetings, manage food tastings.Communicate effectively with internal and external clients and staff verbally and in writing.Health and Safety and FinanceResponsible for health & safety, hygiene, documentation and compliance with ISO accreditations.Secure accuracy of cash floats, follow budgeting sheets, control staffing levels and follow ordering procedures.Sustainability CommitmentWe place sustainability at the heart of our operations, sourcing low‑impact seasonal produce, prioritising ethical suppliers, reducing food waste and single‑use plastic, and pursuing B Corp certification to spread social goodness.Equal Opportunity StatementSeasoned Events is an equal‑opportunity employer.
