Role Overview

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Bar Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

Bar Staff play a key role in creating positive customer experiences and ensuring efficient bar operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take and serve drink orders efficiently and accurately
Provide recommendations on drinks and promotions when appropriate
Handle customer queries and resolve issues politely and professionally
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests

Drink Preparation & Service

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
Pour pints, mix basic cocktails, and serve wines and spirits correctly
Ensure drinks are presented well and served promptly
Check customer identification and verify legal drinking age where required

Bar Operations

Operate the till and handle cash and card payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping surfaces, washing glassware, and restocking supplies
Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and reporting low stock levels
Follow opening, closing, and cleaning procedures

Health, Safety & Compliance

Follow all licensing laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Comply with health and safety regulations
Report hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly

Skills and Requirements
