About the Role KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES To provide excellent food and beverage service to all customers Enthusiastic attitude and proactive approach to all areas of service and hospitality Ensure knowledge of all menus Effectively and efficiently deal with customer feedback Must always be presentable and punctual Complete all training both in person and online as required Able to positively engage with the wider Lords team and uphold the core values of the MCC.
