About our Sushi Chef de Partie positions: As Chef de Partie at Chotto Matte Manchester you will support the Head Chef and Head Sushi Chef with the smooth running of the sushi section. This is a high-volume, high-end restaurant, so fast-paced experience and a serious passion for great food is needed!
