Your Role as Sous Chef in Hunstanton Norfolk:

You'll be a key part of our 6-person brigade. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the kitchen and keeping our food standards high. Working with seasonal British ingredients and our nose-to-tail cooking style. Helping with weekly butchery, daily caught fish, and all menu prep. Ordering, stock control, and leading the team alongside the Head Chef.
