What You'll Be Doing: Supporting and standing in for the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Assisting with planning, ordering, and delivering exciting weekly menus

Taking the lead on

hospitality and event catering

Championing Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards every day

Driving exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction

Helping to manage the kitchen team, support training, and maintain high performance
