South West Norse Location: Ellen Tinkham College, Devon Salary: £12.21/hour, equates to£25,396.80 pro rata Hours Per Week: 10hpw Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 12pm-2pm South West Norse is the successful service partnership between Devon County Council and Norse Group, delivery a range of essential facilities management services to a growing number of clients in the region. As we recognise the importance of building a strong kitchen team to be a key ingredient to our catering success, we currently have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Catering Assistant join our team at Ellen Tinkham College on a Permanent, Part-Time basis. We will be providing a full catering service to the school, and your role will be to support the kitchen team with food preparation, service delivery and kitchen maintenance. No Catering experience is required but this is a customer facing position, so you will need to be confident engaging with our clients on a daily basis. *A full UK Driving Licence and personal vehicle is required for this role* Your Experience: We are happy to offer full support and training if you are looking to start a career within catering, however it would be an advantage for you to demonstrate: Experience within a catering or dining environment Ability to work effectively as part of a team Great communication skills Good attention to detail whilst delivering an excellent customer service Why work for South West Norse?
