This role is focused on driving the performance and service levels of the retail catering operation, with a strong emphasis on maintaining high standards, compliance, and continuous improvement.Job DescriptionYou’ll be responsible for delivering quality catering services and managing the team efficiently. This is an exciting time for the business, and we’re seeking a hands-on leader who is ready to drive change and growth.You’ll work closely with the Retail Restaurant Chef Supervisor, Catering Manager, and Chefs to develop menus and merchandising strategies to maximise sales, following the Company’s 'Cutting Edge' marketing manual.We need someone with a strong eye for detail and the leadership skills to guide the team through this time of transformation.
