Primary Responsibilities Include: Managing and leading the restaurant team, ensuring the smooth running of service andthe carrying out of dutiesin a professional and timeous manner. Working with the Train Manager and Head Chef on menu planning and pricing. Overseeing and controlling scheduling to ensure adequate coverage according to business levels. Requirements What You Bring: Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK. 3-4years experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry. Proven leadership ability and experience in managing and coordinating different teams. Relevant qualifications in hospitality management,tourismor business studies. Extensive food and beverage product knowledge, including a good understanding of flavour profiles.
