Pastry Chef Ideal Profile:
Confident in producing refined, seasonal desserts using local ingredients
Comfortable working across tasting and la carte menus with a high level of precision
Strong understanding of flavour pairing, textures and presentation
Calm under pressure and able to maintain standards during busy service periods
Collaborative mindset and able to contribute ideas during menu development
Motivated by creativity, consistency and a love for quality produce
Pastry Chef Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and delivery of all pastry and dessert elements
Develop and execute seasonal dishes in line with the wider kitchen vision
Ensure high levels of organisation, cleanliness and food safety at your station
Manage pastry stock levels, ordering and waste reduction
Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service
