Kino Japanese RESTAURANTS in the heart of South Kensington will be opening doors late September We currently looking for candidate will be able to do larder and pastry section as joined section and able to start mid August Working in open plan kitchen with amazing team behind ! Restaurant 90 covers (split between 2 floors with loots of space and prep area . Role Description This is a full-time role for a Chef De Partie involves overseeing a pastry and larder sections . Preparing high-quality dishes, and assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in day to day operation . Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in high-end restaurants Experience in Japanese cuisine is a plus Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and practices Ability to work well under pressure and open kitchen Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences Positive attitude What We Offer Competitive salary up to 36k Tips/Tronc after 3 month probation 28 days paid holiday Uniform and meal on duty Fast track progresion 48 hours over 5 working days 2 day off 50% company discount when you dine with your friends Chef de Partieshould be eligible to live and work in the UK and due to the high volume of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly.
