The kitchen sources much of its produce from an on-site bio dynamic market garden, with chefs regularly touring the farm for inspiration from the fruits, flowers, and herbs growing throughout the seasons. Our client is currently seeking a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie or a strong Pastry Chef de Partie to join their passionate and dynamic pastry team. Their desserts celebrate what's grown on the land, and their pared-back approach to afternoon tea allows simple, beautifully made cakes to shine. The hotel makes their own naturally leavened sourdough bread and a small daily selection of handmade breakfast pastries.
