This award winning, innovative foodservice business manages an extensive portfolio of high end B&I contracts across London and the h ome counties. Role requirements: Oversee a number of contracts in the Surrey and Berkshire region(6-8 contracts) Experience managing commercial, fixed priced and cost plus contracts Strong financial acumen relating to commercial, fixed priced and cost plus contracts Experience of retaining contracts as well assupport/lead mobilisations Passion for high end service delivery and food in general !
