Nursery Manager Here at Zero2Five we are proud to be working for a Well Established Nursery Setting based in Acton, London who are looking for a passionate Nursery Manager too join their experienced and dedicated team who are passionate about providing high quality childcare and building strong relationships with each family that joins the setting.

A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.

Requirements : Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification Experience of successfully passing an Ofsted inspection at a Good or Outstanding level Strong knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.

Over 3 years experience in Early Years Over 2 years of management experience Strong communication skills Key Responsibilities Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children Build strong relationship with all parents off the setting To adhere to occupancy and financial budgets and targets.

To ensure the Nursery and all rooms adhere to staff ratios and staff deployment To ensure systems are in place for accurate reporting and monitoring.

To take full responsibility for safeguarding and child protection within Nursery.

To ensure there is appropriate and timely liaison with outside professionals Manage the overall operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with EYFS, DFE and Ofsted Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative working environment.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
