My client, a high quality modern restaurant in Central London, is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their team. The restaurant is red meat based but also offers locally sourced fish and top quality vegetarian produce all served with a South African twist. The ideal candidate will have solid grill experience and be comfortable working with meat. The restaurant is open Monday to Friday and the successful candidate will work 4 days per week and have every weekend off. Maximum of 35 hours! Salary is £32,000 plus tips.
