A historic Private Members' Club in Pall Mall is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to help run the brasserie offering. Working a 48-hour contract, 5 out of 7 rotas, you will manage the food offering, including adding new dishes to the menu.
The salary for this Junior Sous Chef role is £39k per annum plus around 3k in tips and staff fund over the year.
