who enjoys pace, scale and variety, while maintaining high standards across multiple service streams. The role is predominantly production-based, with occasional on-site event delivery all over

London. The role Lead the day-to-day operation of a central production kitchen, delivering food for hospitality, events and delivered services. Oversee high-volume production while maintaining quality, consistency and presentation. Manage food safety, health & safety and allergen compliance across the kitchen operation. Control ordering, stock management and food costs in line with budgets and targets. Support on-site events and client deliveries as required. The food Fresh, quality-led food produced at scale. Workplace catering, events and hospitality menus. Innovative, seasonal and commercially focused dishes. The offer £50,000 to £52,000 per annum Predominantly Day Time Hours! 5 out of 7 days, with the expectation to work some weekends. Supportive, structured and well-run kitchen environment The Hosptialty & Events Head Chef Proven experience in a Head Chef with Hospitality/Event experience, or ideally within a CPU or high-volume production setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
