Head Pastry Chef – Fixed Term (1 Year)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pastry Chef to take full responsibility for the pastry section of our kitchen. In this role, you will support both the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef in delivering the highest standards of food preparation and presentation within the College Catering Department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all pastry operations

* Collaborate closely with the kitchen leadership team

* Maintain excellence in food quality, consistency, and presentation

* Uphold food hygiene and safety standards at all times
