Head Chef About us: We’re looking for a Head Chef for our food-famous pub - The White Horse in Hascombe, near Godalming. We are a bustling community village pub that has a reputation for fantastic food and stunning service that extends well beyond the borders of the village. Our food is all about serving elevated seasonal dishes that showcase locally sourced produce, inspired by our countryside – we even have our own dry ager for beef! We’re looking for a Head Chef to put their stamp on the menu by writing recipes and creating dishes that will continue to improve our offer. Aside from writing recipes and ensuring the delivery of delectable dishes, you’ll be looking after health and safety, developing your team and looking after all aspects of kitchen management.
