The offer £53,000 per annum Monday to Friday Operation Brand-new, well-designed site Pension, health care, cycle to work… and more! The operation Open kitchen restaurant environment. Coffee bar on with grab & go offer. Full restaurant with a large, elevated salad bar. A hot breakfast service with a daily breakfast special rolling into lunch. 2–3 main course options available at lunch. Capacity for up to 400 covers in a single service and more! Upper floor outlet offering additional catering and extensive hospitality services. The role Lead the day-to-day kitchen operation across restaurant, coffee bar and hospitality. Menu development to stay on top and competitive with the market. Manage and develop a small, skilled kitchen team. Maintain excellent food standards, presentation and service flow. Oversee ordering, stock control, food costs and compliance. The Head Chef Proven experience as a Head Chef in high-volume Contract Catering. Confident leading teams and managing service end-to-end.
