We are now looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused Head Chef to lead our production kitchen, shape our menus, and build a high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef from a catering, dark kitchen, CPU, or large-scale production background , especially if you're passionate about nutrition, wellbeing, and food innovation . Your Birthday off Private healthcare support (after probation) A genuine voice in menu development and kitchen strategy A business with purpose , where your ideas matter YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: Develop and prepare great dishes Oversee high-volume daily production while maintaining top quality Design and develop nutritionally balanced, flavour-forward menus Manage food costs, stock, and ordering Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards Train and develop the team around you WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef Background in catering, dark kitchens, or production kitchens Strong leadership and organisation skills Confidence working with volume and speed , without sacrificing quality Interest in nutrition, functional food, and wellbeing Someone who's practical, solutions-driven , and loves working at pace
