Head chef - Events Catering Company

The Ideal Candidate should have:
* Previous head chef or senior sous chef experience. * At least 4 years working at an established event catering company, or two rosette level or equivalent * A passion for great food and creativity * Proven ability leading a team * A strong understanding of inventory, food costs controls and menu development. * Work with the executive chef and events team to prepare and execute events * A keen eye for detail * A can do attitude and strong personal and communication skills

Roles and responsibilities:
* Organising the day to day running of the prep kitchens and events. * Executing routine daily tasks, food orders, hygiene checks etc. * Organisational skills ensuring all EHO regulations are adhered to, paperwork is up to date and that safety and quality is of the highest standard. * Menu development - Collaborative * A positive attitude and energy to join our incredibly friendly kitchen team * A passion for creativity and sustainability
