Chef - London - 50k Do you want to lead the culinary team as Head Chef of a unique London venue? I'm looking for a Head Chef who possesses the following: Experience within a multi-faceted operation

The ability to manage a BOH team

Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience

Strong events experience

Passionate about designing and creating bespoke menus

Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce
