Role Description To manage and develop all aspects of the culinary experience within the Utilita Arena Cardiff. Curate bespoke menu offerings for our outlets including, but not limited to our L2 Restaurant, Re:Fuel Quick Service food outlet and our selection of corporate, private and hospitality bookings Be responsible for the recruitment, development and rota of our casual kitchen, catering and waiting team. Ensuring that the purchase, storage, production and service is to the highest standard and in line with the clients’ requirements, whilst ensuring that maximum profitability is met and that all controls that are required by law are in operation Take on responsibility for the management of food hygiene and compliance for all food outlets
