Role: Head Chef
Location: Bristol
Salary: up to £54k + GRATS + BONUS
We are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to lead a fantastic food concept and well-established fresh food operation in a high quality 4 star hotel.
You will oversee a large kitchen operation and large team; hence communication and great leadership skills are essential.
The role:
Lead and inspire a large team, collaborating and communicating with the hotels senior leadership team and working to achieve a fantastic guest experience.
Bring a creative element to the kitchen, evolving food trends to deliver exceptional contemporary dishes.
Be knowledgeable with a strong understanding of cost management, kitchen efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards.
Manage a diverse food operation, Restaurant, Bar, Conference, Events and Coffee Shop.
The Candidate :
We are seeking a passionate and driven Head Chef who can bring creativity and excellent leadership skills to this food operation
A passion for people development you will lead and inspire your team with energy and a personal touch.
A curious and creative nature that brings theatre to the restaurant operation.
You will enjoy all things food and be keen to stay up to date with key food trends, keeping menus fresh and exciting.
Experience managing hotel kitchen operations or large multi operational venue is essential.
