For thisGeneral Managerrole, they require someone who has: Previous experience as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager within contract catering

Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience

Strong event management experience

Good financial understanding of P&L, budgeting and forecasting

Experience managing a team of FOH and BOH staff

The desire to grow within a forward thinking company
