They are currently seeking an experienced General or Catering Manager, preferably with a background in workplace catering, to take up the challenge.

Job Description

Working on a 5/7 basis, you will be managing a team providing for over 500 staff at the contract. You will be involved in the day-to-day multi-outlet catering services on site, vending, and work with suitable menus that exceed expectations. Alongside this, you will ensure that all health, safety and hygiene standards are met. An experience and knowledge of dietary requirements and allergens is essential. Stock and financial control is also in your remit. This is a 24/7 contract, so ability to work weekends and experience in these contracts is preferable.

Required Experience:

You will have experience of the provision of food to similar volume at General or Catering Manager level in a contract catering environment. B&I or commercial experience is preferable. You will need to demonstrate a record of success and the drive and desire always increase standards of food and service. A knowledge of modern food trends and commerciality is paramount.

Salary and Benefits:
