General Catering Manager – Silverstone Eurest, Silverstone, England, United Kingdom Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE) Working Pattern: 5 days over 7, 2 Saturdays a month paid at time and a half We are looking for a passionate leader to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a luxury high‑end environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth service, exceptional standards, and outstanding guest experiences. Maintain financial control, monitor budgets, profitability, and cost efficiencies. Ensure brand alignment by delivering innovative, on‑trend dining offerings. Create a VIP guest experience by providing top‑tier service and memorable moments.
About You
Proven experience in a similar role in a high‑end restaurant or hotel, with solid background in managing fine dining operations and events. Solid understanding of financial controls, P&L management, and budget optimisation. Passion for maintaining brand integrity while staying ahead of culinary trends. Excellent team leadership and communication skills, able to inspire and develop staff.
