You will need to be an experienced General manager and a leader of people. The Role: As the General Manager, you'll be the face of this vibrant site , which caters to 700-900 people daily with a fresh, modern food offer, including breakfast, lunch, high-end hospitality, and VIP events . This site is buzzing with energy, style, and innovation - and we're looking for someone who can match that. You'll be responsible for: Leading a talented management team and working closely with an Executive Chef to deliver excellence daily.
Ensuring the highest standards in staff dining, hospitality, and events - including VIP functions .
Building and nurturing strong client relationships with a focus on trust, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Managing all aspects of financial performance - strong commercial acumen is a must .
Inspiring and developing your team to create a culture of excellence, ownership, and progression .
About You: A proven leader with a strong background in hospitality or high-end contract catering .
You thrive in a modern, fast-paced environment and love getting things done.
A confident decision-maker, comfortable managing complexity while keeping people at the core.
Strong financial understanding - you're confident running a P&L and making commercial decisions.
