Conduct site inductions for all personnel and visitors.

Monitor Health & Safety compliance including PPE usage.

Coordinate internal trades to maintain progress and quality.

Drive progress by attending and leading subcontractor meetings .

Perform snagging and support final commissioning of the houses.
