Band & Salary

Band 3 – £28,011 pro rata

Overview

We are looking for an experienced retail catering supervisor to lead and deliver a first‑class food service to staff and patients during weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead weekend retail catering operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Manage staff, schedules and shift operations during Saturday & Sunday shifts.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety HACCP systems and quality standards.
  • Support continuous improvement of retail catering procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience supervising retail catering, preferably within a hospital or similar environment.
  • Full understanding of food safety HACCP systems and retail catering best practice.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Band 3 experience or equivalent
