Glasgow Royal Infirmary Retail Catering are looking for a weekend Supervisor to lead and deliver a first class retail food service to staff and patients. The role is a Band 3 position - £28,011 pro rata. The shift pattern for this post is Saturday and Sunday, 07:30 – 17:00.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a first class retail food service to staff and patients during weekend shifts.
• Manage shifts within a retail catering environment.
• Apply and maintain food safety practices in line with HACCP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience running shifts within a retail catering background.
• Full understanding of food safety HACCP systems.
