Lead by example through hands-on culinary involvement while managing and inspiring the kitchen team. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food across all outlets and service areas. Drive continuous improvement in guest and employee satisfaction. Maximize financial performance across all areas of kitchen responsibility. Oversee all food preparation areas, including restaurants, banquets, room service, bar/lounge, and employee dining. Manage all kitchen support areas, including purchasing and dish room operations. Supervise kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence. Guide, develop, and support culinary team members, including direct reports. Ensure full compliance with sanitation, food safety, and hygiene standards. What were looking for: High school diploma or GED with at least 6 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or a related professional area. 2 -year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or a related professional area. Show proficiency in basic computer skills, math, and clear communication. This is a full time position(40 hours / 5 days per week) working a variety of early and late shifts Monday to Sunday.
