My client is one of the UKs leading Contract Caterers and are recruiting someone to head up the food operation within this multi-faceted venue, with a mix of both counter service restaurant and a thriving Conference & Events department. As the Executive Head Chef, you will be responsible for a team of 20 staff ensuring the food remains of the highest standard, is always evolving and on trend, innovative and nutritious. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.
