I am looking for a global hospitality operator for their stunning historic property in Buckinghamshire, within easy reach of West & North London, Berkshire, Herts and the South Midlands for a talented, experienced and and details-driven Conference and Banqueting Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality C&B and meetings up to 250cv and alongside the Wedding Manager, the delivery and management of around 80 weddings per year. The successful candidate will oversee conferences, meetings, and banquets, working closely with F&B, operations, kitchen and FOH teams to ensure exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: To plan and deliver conferences, banquets, and events Lead and motivate the large events team Coordinate event logistics, catering, and AV Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Manage budgets, costs and guest satisfaction About You: Proven conference and banqueting management experience for 2-3ys+ Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent customer service focus Good financial awareness and C&B/F&B knowledge Right to work in the UK and ideally access to personal transport required.
