Conference & Banqueting Manager To manage the Conference and Banqueting operations, take responsibility for allocated areas in Conference & Banqueting and maximise customer satisfaction through, following planned request as described by events Road sheet, anticipating extra guest requests, responding to special requests positively. Responsibilities:

To be confident and demonstrate high levels of Leadership, maturity and professionalism at all times. To take ownership and follow and complete any instructions given to you by the senior Management. To take ownership showing passion; ensure that food & Beverage will be served by Hotel Standards and in the required time according to the Event road sheet. To effectively manage your time and productivity whilst at work. To effectively manage the time and productivity of your team whilst at work. To take pride and ensure that appropriate mise-en-place is prepared according to the event road sheet. To be confident in setting up conference room, as instructed by events road sheet, thus meeting guests expectations. To ensure that all conference suits are presentable, and in optimal condition To have pride in achieving and keeping a high Standard of personal hygiene and appearance. To attend briefings and departmental meetings. Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when the situation arises. To show flexibility and understanding teamwork, whilst carrying out additional tasks as instructed and by reasonable request from the leadership team. All staff should be confident in understanding and executing the company’s policies and procedures with respect to privacy, confidentiality and data protection. Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined by the hotel.
