Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Dartmouth

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £24,943.12 per annum (£13.25 per hour)

Contract: 50.2 weeks per year

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Dartmouth. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, supervising a team of 11 cleaners and reporting directly to the Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cleaning operations across the site
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of 11 cleaners
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Conduct regular inspections and audits
• Liaise with the Facilities Manager to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
