My client is a contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager for one of their B&I sites in Guildford, Surrey.
For thisChef Managerrole, they require someone who has:
Previous experience as a Chef Manager within contract catering

Experience managing a team of FOH and BOH staff

Strong understanding of food allergens and health & safety

Good financial understanding of P&L, budgeting and forecasting

The desire to grow within a forward thinking company

All candidates applying for this Chef Manager role must have been in a Chef Manager role within contract catering in the last year.
