Theyre now looking for a Chef de Partie to join their passionate brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a kitchen thats serious about quality, creativity, and collaboration. Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Chef de Partie £35,000 per annum plus circa £12,000 service charge Working 3 doubles and 2 singles per week Fresh, organic, and locally sourced produce, including from their own smallholding Real input into daily menus and seasonal changes Clear route for progression in a supportive team Be part of a 3 Rosette kitchen that genuinely values work-life balance Responsibilities as a Chef de Partie Supporting the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations Cooking high-quality, beautifully presented dishes with consistency and care Helping to train and mentor junior team members Taking ownership of sections and stepping up when required Maintaining excellent hygiene, safety, and kitchen standards This role would suit a strong experienced Chef De Partie with previous experience in a Rosette-level or quality fresh food kitchen, who is ready to learn, contribute, and grow in a focused but friendly environment. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK TO BE SUITABLE FOR THIS ROLE.
