With a busy service averaging 100 covers, the kitchen team includes a Head Chef, Sous Chef, CDP, and KP all committed to delivering a quality experience. What We Offer: ? Competitive Salary: £28,000 per year ? TRONC: Additional earnings through shared service charge ? Paid Overtime: All hours worked over 40 are paid ? Fair Rotas: 1 weekend off every 4 ? Consistent Hours: Typically 12:0021:00, though hours may vary depending on business needs ? 28 Days Holiday: Based on the JanuaryDecember calendar year Career Growth: This role offers great development potential for a committed CDP whos eager to grow. Youll work directly with experienced senior chefs and gain hands-on experience in a busy, well-run fresh food kitchen. Key Responsibilities: ? Prepare and cook fresh food to a high standard during busy service periods ? Work cleanly, efficiently, and professionally in all kitchen sections ? Follow all food hygiene and safety standards ? Support the wider kitchen team where needed ? Maintain stock rotation and help with prep tasks Requirements: ? Experience in a Chef de Partie role, or strong Commis ready to step up ? Solid understanding of fresh food prep and service ? A strong team player with excellent communication skills ? Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends ?
