What Youll Do: Run your section efficiently during busy services Work closely with senior chefs to prepare dishes to spec and high standards Support junior kitchen staff with training and development Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment ????? What Were Looking For: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef ready to step up Strong work ethic and passion for quality, seasonal food Ability to work well under pressure in a close-knit team Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards ??
