We are an independently owned restaurant and serving a seasonal Mediterranean and Greek sharing menu. Everything is prepared from fresh and only seasonal ingredients are used. All of our kitchen staff have been working with us for a while, and we look after our staff. The Chef de Partie must have experience of working with fresh food and a small kitchen team. The Chef de Partie role is ideal for someone that has worked with independently owned restaurants and not branded kitchen operations. The Chef de Partie role is for an immediate start and the ideal candidate will be offered: Salary of £39,000 per year. 48 hours working week and over 5 days. 2 days off per week The working Rota is prepared 1 month in advance and last order in the evening is at 9.45pm.
