Our amazing client, a Michelin star informal kitchen, creating exceptional food in a very unique venue are in search of a Chef de Partie who can operationally lead their section. This is a busy property with 120 covers to cater for. You will lead a team of 14 chefs while reporting to a Senior Sous chef. This is a completely open kitchen, so requires a personable operator who can lead from the front line.
